Started in the Automotive Industry in 1974 and Founded Mayfield Collision Center in May of 1989 after 17 years in the automotive business, mostly on Service and Repair Management Teams at eastside New Car Dealers.
Tom's personal interests include spending time with his Family & friends, various sports, and traveling. Tom is a past-President of Coyote Vision Group and is proud to be a Member of CVG. This is a peer group of Body Shop Owners from around the Country and Canada, that meet 4 times a year. They share a common passion about the pursuit of excellence, customer service, and leadership /management training. Tom was also the President for the ASA of Greater Cleveland Chapter. Tom has attended numerous trainings in automotive management and customer service. Tom attended many Honda sponsored training classes during his ten years at Motorcar Honda. I-CAR, 3-M Arms, PPG, and Sherwin-Williams. Tom has attended NACE and NADA training too. |

Mike is a graduate from the University of Akron. He volunteers on the I-CAR Committee for Northern Ohio since 2002. He is I-CAR trained and a Member of the Coyote Managers Group. |
